Cassius Marcellus “Muhammad Ali” Jr
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee!” was his motto, Muhammad Ali, the greatest boxer ever and maybe the greatest athlete in the world. To understand Muhammad Ali we must examine his career, family and his accomplishments. Muhammad Ali is a professional boxer who paved the way for African American athletes and set a new president in boxing history. The purpose of this paper is to inform people about the World’s Best Heavyweight Boxer in the world.
Throughout Muhammad Ali’s professional boxing career he had 56 wins and 5 losses. 37 of his wins were by knockout. One of his most important fights was vs. Archie Moore in 1962 for the heavyweight title. He won that fight and became champion. He told the newspaper this, “Archie Bee living off the fat of the land, I’m here to give him his pension plan, When you come to the fight, Don’t block the door, Cause you’ll all go back home after round 4!” This quote means that Muhammad Ali would tell the crowd and opponent in what round he will win, and sometimes it will become true. This shows the importance of what made him the great big role model who everyone wanted to be like at that time period.
Secondly, Let’s examine the importance of his family. Muhammad Ali had a total of 4 wives. He has 7 daughters and 2 sons. His first wife, Sonji Roi, a cocktail waitress and Ali first got married on August 14,1964. They got divorced on January 10, 1966 because of Ali’s religion (Muslim), which made them end their marriage. His second wife, Belinda Boyd, a 17 year old, got married to Ali when Ali was just 25 years old. Belinda Boyd changed her name to Khalilah Ali. They had 4 children, Matyum, Jamillah, Libian and Muhammad Ali Jr. After their divorce he married actress and model Veronica Porche. They had 2 daughters, Hana and Laila. They were later divorced on Nov. 19,1986. Ali then married an old friend from 1964 in Louisville. She was Yolanda Ali. They adopted 1 son, Asaad Amin. Ali had 2 other daughters from external relationships. This shows how many relationships he had in his life.
Muhammad Ali has a lot of accomplishments in his life that made lots of history. Here are his accomplishments:
Golden Gloves Middleweight Champion= 1960
Olympic Light Heavyweight Champion= 1960
Heavyweight Champion of the World= 1967,1978,1980
Career Record (1960-1981) 56 wins, 5 loses = 21 years old
Admitted into U.S Olympic Hall of Fame = 1983
Admitted into International Boxing Hall of Fame = 1990

This shows all of his accomplishments in his life. By this you can see that Ali made a lot of history! Ali never gave up on what he wanted to reach even though he went to jail; he got out and became champion again.
This paper attempts to inform others about the World’s Best Heavyweight Boxer. I learned that Muhammad Ali was the greatest boxer who ever lived. I think that no one will ever take his spot on what he did in the history of boxing and that he will always he the best Heavyweight Boxer ever. The point was to let other people know about the one and only great , Muhammad Ali.

Dear Journal,

“Why doesn’t Columbus and everyone else who was at church hearing me give the sermon believe me? Why don’t they understand that if they keep killing and torturing Indians that they will all go to hell! WHY! During the sermon, I asked, What right you have to kill the Indians, What have they done to you? After I asked that I could tell everyone including Columbus were very enraged with me because I am trying to help the Indians. After the sermon I heard them having a conversation that King Ferdinand is coming for me. What can I do to change their minds? I know that the Native Americans are all friendly and calm people just like us and deserve to have the same equal rights as everyone else. I want all the people who are treating them cruelly to stop! I have seen dogs eating Native Americans alive; Seen Europeans whip Natives till death with my own eyes! I know that the Europeans treat the Natives so poorly because they think the Natives have no rights to be here, but truly they have all the rights in the world to be here. The Europeans are all wrong! I don’t care what Columbus has to say of what I am doing. I know for sure that I am doing a good thing for the Natives and one day God will thank me. I want to help others!

                                                                                                                        Sincerely,
                                                                                                                     Friar Montesino

"My Life In The Town"

I am Oscar,

Son of the Cervantes,

Who wants a great life with my family always around even though there's crimes going around in the town, I will still succeed starting from the ground

Who sees crime everywhere from the "Dubbs" to the "Hunnits" where people post and rep something that throws their life away

Who dreams a bright future without falling alseep, I wake up to reality and see that I can be the future and be a role model to my friends and family

Who needs serenity to accept the things that I can not change, the courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to know the difference, I am trying to reach perfection

Who loves waking up every morning seeing my family ready to start the day like yesterday saying to myself what would life be without my family, I can tell you the answer because I am living

Abraham Flores "I Hope"

Grandpa, When you come back,

I hope you come back with all the loving kindness you always gave me and my family.

After you say, "Hello" to everyone with your great smile you always had, I promise I'll take you down to "La Plaza" and have fun there, playing all the games there is to play

When you come back,

I hope I'll see you on top of your "Burro" and smiling to the camera again. Every time I see that picture it always makes me want to go to "La Palma" even more

I hope you come back and never leave this time because I hate seeing everyone who loves you crying with joy everytime they talk about you specially my mom and grandma, makes me think what a great man you were ans is, wherever you are
